For Use of the Scores on the Board® Website
Scores on the Board® (the “Website”) is a leadership and skills development system created and owned by Bill Lang International. The Website and its associated products and services are distributed by Small Business Australia Pty Ltd ACN 120 396 303 (“Small Business Australia”). By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate by reference the terms and conditions of Small Business Australia as set out at www.smallbusinessaustralia.org/terms-and-conditions.
By using, browsing, or registering on the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the Website and any related services.
- Users are entitled to free access to develop one skill, which must be nominated as their primary skill development priority.
- Full access to all skills development materials and resources on the Website requires a 12-month subscription, at the price(s) listed on the Website at the time of subscription. Prices are subject to change and are as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Access to and use of the Website is strictly limited to lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
- Payment for subscriptions must be made through the designated payment gateway, and you agree to be bound by the gateway provider’s terms.
- Refunds for any subscription are only available as required under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws at the time of the refund request. No other refunds will be provided.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and access to the subscribed services.
All content, systems, and materials on the Website are the intellectual property of Bill Lang International and/or Small Business Australia. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable law or as expressly allowed in these Terms.
Any personal information collected through your use of the Website is subject to the Privacy Policy of Small Business Australia.
- The Website and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, except as required by law.
- Bill Lang International and Small Business Australia disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Your access to the Website and its services may be terminated at any time by Small Business Australia or Bill Lang International for breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or at their discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the Website and its content cease immediately.
Any disputes arising from your use of the Website are subject to the dispute resolution procedures and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, as set out in the Small Business Australia Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
