Start by picturing what a perfect performance looks like. This becomes your personal target — a clear, simple statement of what you’re aiming for.

Get Feedback.
Ask for a score out of 10 on how you’re performing in your goal area. Feedback helps you see where you are now — and what you need to improve.

Identify Gaps
After getting feedback, compare where you are now to where you want to be. The difference between your current performance and your vision is the gap — and understanding this gap helps you know exactly what needs to change.
